As a result, we understand that all health care markets, though they share some characteristics, are different — with different dynamics (e.g., state regulations), players (e.g., insurers, physician organizations), and patients (e.g., demographics, health status). We bring this broad base of knowledge to our work with all our clients, which helps us challenge conventional thinking and stimulate discussion about approaches and strategies that have worked elsewhere.
